If you are truly interested on the real state of things, ICQ me.
FYI- Just because Ceinwyn stepped down from being matriarch doesn't mean instantly she has 0 power. She still retains her IC power. It's just limited her political control in Umbra, which actually frees her to do a lot more damage, without worry of political repercussion.
