Matron,

We did no such thing, never were you ever given permission to act with violence on Umbrans. It was made clear to you governance of the city rested with Shalcross and the Lich-Lord. Imply that the Lich Lord broke an oath again and we shall be greatly displeased. As promised the Drow have been given full control of commerce, economy and full rights to police the city as per the new laws set down by Shalcross. The Lich Lord told you "The DROW" would be given these things, and so The Lich Lord has kept his word.

Kal'iksix receives the letter and reads it. Chuckling to herself, she tosses it into a nearby brazier as she speaks to what appears to be an empty room.

"Prove it Darrien, you too Shalcross. Your rules do not apply to me, I make the rules in the Quarter!"

Kal'iksix's eyes sparkle as she watches the parchment burn as she hears soft chuckles from those around her, still hidden in the shadows.
