Great Lord Adrien Garnier has passed away. The world mourns at the loss of such a great leader. As per his request his Last Will and Testament has been posted. Gods be just and guide us through this tragic time.

I, Adrien Garnier, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding and after consideration for all persons, the objects of my bounty, and with full knowledge of the nature and extent of my assets, do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament.

I declare that Isk of Magincia is be the executor of this document and that he must post this in quarters with each quarter posted two days apart. These postings shall be made in front of Castle Blackthorne as follows:

FIRST QUARTER

I declare that my body be immediately made put to the fire with the exception of my heart which shall be removed beforehand. No investigation physical, magical or otherwise is permitted on my corpse.

My ashes are to be put on display in Magincia and my heart is to be given to lady Ivory in a golden box. It is my request Lady Ivory care for it.

My claim to Britain is to be given to a council with the executor of my Will as judge to mark which guild(s) are worthy to take on the mantle. Should one be found within two weeks time of my death they are to be awarded 5 million gold from my coffers that they may use the funds for the city’s benefit.

To further encourage racial unity I offer the sum of 150,000 gold for each human that divorces an elf. This offer is good for a month from the time of my death. Proof of divorce is to be given to the executor of my will.

Malic was in his office when the news reaches him. "this explains a lot," he thought. "Revoke the warrant on Regent Garnier for the contract breech," Malic exclaimed to a scribe. "Then find the Sheriff and send him to me, this will should be looked into. Adrien never pushed his Humanis beliefs in such a way while serving as regent."

News of the demise of the former Regent reached her as she awoke. She headed for Sanctus to offer condolances to Ivory.

As obligated by Adrien Garnier’s death request, this the second quarter of his Last Will and Testament posted two days after the first is outlined below:

SECOND QUARTER

I leave one million gold to the first order of virtue to claim and run an event out of Jhelom. This sum is to be doubled if the order is lead by a human.

To Dayel Stormcrow, you have my undying envy for being the first. If I was born at an earlier time I would have given you a run for your money. I leave any provable descendant of Dayel Stormcrow the contents of the golden chest on the top shelf of my wardrobe.

I give my prized bird, the Magincian Magpie named Oroo to Lord Malo. Allow this to be a peace offering for the minor disagreements we have shared.

My collection of Humanis literature is to be given to Lord Garrick of the Reich. I feel you may see value in these works.

As obligated by Adrien Garnier’s death request, this the third quarter of his Last Will and Testament posted two days after the second is outlined below:

THIRD QUARTER

I leave my collection of fine wine to the Mazewood tavern so that everyone can see how kings drink.

Upon my death, a ship called ‘King’s Treasure’ is to be sailed off the coast of Nujelm so that the city may be seen. Who so ever gets to the ship let it be known that all the contents within the hold be free for their taking.

Since I can not be separated from my steed even in death it is my desire for my steed to be fed poison and buried in Magincia’s moongate jungle.
