My dear fellow Moonglow Citizens,

I am writing to you from an undisclosed location as my last location was found by the council. I am a believer that all men should be free and be allowed to do what he feels is best for his family, but what the Council has done to poor Marcus is just horrible. They called him to the hut on the far side of the verity isle. Under a disguise of truce and wishing to discuss the demands of the citizens he entered the hut to see what the citizen’s call Vargus and Lu Bu. Lu Bu was pacing like he normally does as Vargus was sitting at a table and asked Marcus to sit down.

Vargus begin his barraged of questions regarding who was leading the rebellion and if they were being paid to do so. Marcus quickly answered he was the leader of the rebellion and he was willing to die to see the Council’s reign of terror come to end. Marcus quickly told him that he had asked those that the council called the triad to help rally people to there cause as they were allowed to leave the isle more freely then the citizens. Vargus got mad and grinned at Lu Bu and he smiled casting a variety of necromancy spells at Marcus causing him extreme pain.

The torture went on for days and after Vargus and Lu Bu not getting the answers they had wanted left Marcus for dead in the hut. A few of the local citizens in the area had heard all the screams for days and as the council left they went to check on who had died this time at the hands of them. With the quick thinking of the Moonglow citizens and getting Marcus to the healers in town they were able to save Marcus. This is Marcus story if you wish for all of us to die at the hands of the council then don’t help us but if you have any compassion any at all you will come to our aid.

Your fellow Citizen,
Shelly O’Neil

As Vargus walked through the southern gate of Moonglow city, he tilted his head as he saw a parchment attached to the wall of the Second Defence Armory. He took a few steps closer to it, so that the words written on it could be visible to him. After reading through it, he shook his head a little, showing a small frown.
Following this, he muttered a few words, "Kal Ort Por", and recalled to the front steps of his office. Moving inside, he took a single sheet of paper out of a drawer, and placed it on his desk. Sitting down in he submerged the tip of his pen into a small tub of ink, and moved it above the paper. He then wrote:
---
People of Moonglow, in these past few weeks, you have undoubtebly noticed the barage of propaganda plaguing our streets, each becoming more false and unbelievable then the next. I have written this notice to assure you all that these accusations are all untrue. There was never a meeting between Marcus and I, and if there was such an occurence, you can be assured that torturing would be out of the question. If you have any questions concerning this matter, I would be happy to reply to whatever it is you need to ask.
Always Truth,
Vargus Daelstrum

---
After reading through the paper, he nodded once, then stood up, paper in hand, and recalled back to Moonglow. He walked back to where the parchment was posted on the wall of the Second Defence Armory. He then tore the parchment from the wall, and posted his note in it's place.

*A citizen walked up noticing Vargus progranda machine running at full spped and takes down the letter reading it and hanging up one of Marcus*

My fellow friends,

I write to you from my bed as I am recovering from the wounds I had suffered from Vargus and Lu Bu and the tyrannical Moonglow Council. They are trying to break us; they are worried and are making last ditch efforts. They are slandering all of our friends, first the Triad as they have even gone so far as trying to get other groups to refuse to do business with this group. The Cappadocians and his alliance have put a trade embargo on the Moonglow Council to try to get them to see the light. The Council and all its pride still refuse to allow us to work for better wages and better treatment of the citizens that make this city so great.

Don’t fear the Council that is what they want, they need us to fear them and run back to our homes and do as they wish. You must think about your family, do you want them tortured and beaten for thinking for themselves? Everyone must have pride but is the cost of our lives to high of a price. Raise against Vargus and his blood thirsty Council. Don’t back down from them when they come to tax you four extra times because they need a new pair of shoes. Fight back; show them that we aren’t scared anymore. They did this to me because very few of us are willing to stand up against them. Now is the time while the world is watching and willing to help us. Rise against the tyranny; don’t let the necromancy loving fiends scare you. Grab your sword, pitchfork, spell book, or dog. Let us show them what a true Moonglow citizen can do.

Yasamin slowly wanders and reads the post set up. Giving a very devious grin, she picked up a quill and got to work.

[a smiley face marks here]) The Cappadocians and his alliance have put a trade embargo on the Moonglow Council to try to get them to give them blood. The Council and all its honesty still refuse to allow us to be paid by the Triad to lie.

Don’t fear the Council; They don't want to be feared. They need us to be happy with them them and run back to our homes and be content with a prosperous life. You must think about your family. Do you want them tortured and beaten by giving into the Triad? Everyone must have pride but the Triad wish our freedom too. Raise against Mattand his blood thirsty Group. Don’t back down from them when they come to tax you four extra times because they need a new pair of shoes. Fight back; show them that we aren’t scared anymore. Yasa gave a small giggle and walked off. Seriously, what lie would this citizen tell as far as where he worked? She couldn't wait to find out.

The Masked Anarchist simply know as Nh'bdy, shortly after scribing the coordinates, slams it to the parchment and nails it in place, turning, he walks over and sees a new propoganda poster, proclaims a single phrase.

""My Sossoria is beseeched on all sides!"
