This is DAZ Studio. Essentially, it is like a stage that you assemble 3d items on and then take a picture of it to make it 2d.

The program is free. I believe you get a starter package with props and items and such to play with free also when you sign up.
If you decide to use it, icq me and I will hook you up with some info(if you want it) and some links to free stuffs and also the starter tutorial. |

Its a great program. Takes a lot of work to get good with it, but once you start getting a hang of it its a lot fun. |
