ah not sure how to explain this really the cords are 8o 15' S. 47o 23' best way to find it is follow the mountain south..just down the mountain side. Name of the house before it is named Bo Nobbins Crib. and theres a log cabin beside it. If you can meet me somewhere ingame I can give you a rune to the spot.. Now the 15x13 is a tight fit but it will fit..Umbra use to own a house in this spot..Cein owned it for awhile..use to live in this spot long time ago and gave it to them but its now open again..lived here a few weeks but found me another desert home max secure this evening open..hehe

hehe..okies..its not inside the mountain range but it is east of the lake near the mountains so guess that wouldnt excately be west..though it is south of Umbra..hehe..west was were I found my new home tonight..
