Please please please when you die in battle. Do not do any of the below things:

- Do not mount up.
- Do not have weapons and shield up.
- Do not have cloaks and helm up.

- DO NOT stay in the battle field.

This is what should happen during each battle to prevent any accidental drobing, etc.

- If you die, judge how long the battle will take to finish. If soon, just wait. Your body has like over five minutes before it decays.

- If it appears that it will be a while, then res, get your items, put back on Drobe, disarm, call for your mounts to follow (not to mount up) should you have any and leave the area immediately after.

Staying in the battlefield only causes you to a) In Fel make you trip and block people still fighting. b) (anywhere) Die once more if area effect spells are being done. c) (anywhere) confusion in battle = another death possibly.

When dead you are out of the battle completely. You are not to stay around and tell people where people are etc. It is not to sit and watch the remaining part of it. Not even when ghosts, because people like me with GM+ Spirit Speak will still see your ghosts around and will clutter and lag the area when trying to pull up remaining targets.

Good rule of thumb. Prior to a battle. State/designate an area for the dead to go to until after the battle.

If when in doubt, just recall back to your house or main base area. (depending on if the battle is not near those two locations)

Thank.

Ya, there's alot of accidents that can happen. Last night I saw a DO attacking a dead person, but they could barely tell because she was on mount, shield/helm on and looked like she was ready to fight. I saw the deathrobe thoo Razz
It's just easier if people are completely away from the battle and just not around the corner, where they guild could possible flee to. I myself hate getting drobed or getting pets killed, but it's my own fault when I res in the middle of battle.
Anyways, no biggy just a solid reminder. One, I myself, sometimes forget heh.

Yeah, Yeah that was me. Luckily she parried the four swings I threw at her. It wasn't until it was brought to my attention that she was dead already.

So... anyways. Follow the guidelines above and you wont have people trying for you.

Just bare in mind that some of us...(not saying who...)....are like really really oblivious....so last night...someone (im not saying who) saw a person on a horse and with a cloak and apron and they attacked and then that person got yelled at by the nazi of UO (not saying who...)

I'm that oblivious someone....and my other half is clearly the pvp nazi...

Lets get something straight, when I'm calling in vent you listen good woman. If you can't listen, you deserve to be burned at the stake. For good measures, I made sure to tell everyone to get on Cecilia, even though all of Sanctus's strongest were still alive, I made sure she died a brutal death.
