Baron Thrax read the proclamation and responded by letter to Tarothin, sending it by his raven courier:

"Lord Tarothin,

I have read your proclamation and I shall, of course, support your efforts with my own resources. I am convinced we see things alike in governance; that only a strong arm and mailed fist can establish order and ensure peace within Felucca. Knowing as I do the record of the Dark Order in its militaristic efforts, I see no reason why you cannot nor will not back up your words. I have no doubts that you shall.

As to religion, the god I serve now walks these lands openly and, for all intents and purposes, is the ultimate personnification of Oblivion. Hence I see no contradiction in his aims and ours; they are one.

I shall pay a visit to you soon, at your leisure, to fulfill my part of our bargain and cement our ties.
