Lord Regent,

Here are my findings regarding the matter of Lord Spawn and the possibility of crimes brought against him:

-My information is that it is Oggaroth and not Lord himself perpetuating the violence.
-To be guilty of a crime, one must know what they are doing. As Lord Spawn is just the "host" for Oggaroth, he himself is not in possession of his own mind.

As a result, we could not try Lord Spawn if charges are brought forth unto the Regency, only Oggaroth and that feat would be near impossible. If you should have any other questions please let me know.
