That's sort of how I am, Arcana. Especially with my crafter and tamer. I spend so much time on Ceinwyn, that my other chars get neglected. |

"What is dual client..."
Using two clients at once, either by using different client kinds (KR and Legacy work together), two different accounts on XP or two computer. As long as you don't modify anything it is legal.
And I am like Arcana.. I play Sir Robert for 90% of my UO time. The other characters are more or less related to him or his friends, but since I hardly play them, you might not know about them. _________________ Reality, the refuge of those who fail in RPGs

EasyUO lets you dual client with 2D, but that was back when ya had UOE instead of using UOA. _________________

Back in my day, I avoided my characters 'meeting' entirely. It was a mess I didn't want to get into so I simply avoided it. Don't take this as a kick in the rear to anyone that does do it, take it as advice for a simpler roleplay experience to those that are wondering how to handle alts communicating; it is just easier to avoid it. That is all. |

If anyone should be giving advice on alts it's Kujabis, and his billions of alts hehe. _________________

I used random excuses for my characters to NOT be around each other.
Dreamer and Steel were mortal enemies.
Steel and Aras had a spiritual bond and... well, pretty much hated each other. That and they hung out with all the same people.
You get the idea. _________________ |

x'eros would most likely know everything korith would, only because if korith does not tell him, if x'eros finds out from another source, he will break both korith's arms with a sledge hammer. *grins* no matter what dori says. *growls* |

Oh, also I usually kept my interaction between Arcana and my support characters to silly stuff, like occasionally I'd want to redecorate a room to look a bit evil but that was not in character for Arc, so I'd just do it and then blame it on my mage in perpetual-training causing trouble (IC, Arcana's ward). I'd swap all the plants for black ones sometimes and tell people one of my tamer's dragons sneezed, stuff like that. Ah, I do miss my house a little... UO Sims! |
