Normal I don't have many problems when it comes to computer related issues...however I woke up this morning to find neither my ICQ or my UO passwords work...at all Its been far to long for me to remeber my 'secret' question to retrieve my ICQ password and i have no idea what to do about getting my UO password back....Could I have been hacked? and If not any suggestions on what happend?


All help will be greatly appriciated.

There was a message going around last night with a link that contained a trojan keylogger. The message came from your ICQ. Unfortunately, there is a very high chance that you were hacked.

I'm not really sure the course to take or what can be done, or even how you can change your password to something different. Perhaps if you call customer service they can aid you (Har). But other than that, I don't know. It could be something else, but with the message going around coming from your ICQ, I do believe you were probably hacked.
