Merci sat and quickly wrote the following note then tying it up with a scroll sent it on its way to seek out Lord and Lady Vanhelsieg.

Ebon and Narcissa,

It is with heavy heart I write to you, my apologies for this being so late, yesterday a child of Umbra was found murdered and I was detained from letting you know quickly. Your son Izac, in some sort of fit of misery has injured himself purposefully, I found him and thusly kept him from death. However he has not as I hoped awakened from his deep sleep and I fear it may be a long term problem.

I have put him in the best of care at our WIT barracks, for a time using one of the private quarters there for him. Let me know when you arrive at said location so I may be there to discuss this further with you.
