A Final Decree on Lycanthropy


After a length discussion with Allies and Loyalists:

By order of His Majesty, Lord Adrien Garnier, Governor-Regent of Britannia all Lycanthropes within the territories of the Britannian Protectorate are required to do the following:


I.

Formally register as a Lycanthrope.

II.

Submit to evaluation and treatment under the guidance of the Tokuneese Empire, where Lycans will be schooled in control, and management of their Lycanthropy.


Failure to adhere to these requirements or the committing of a grave crime will result in:

I.

Arrest and trial, or deportation to the Umbran border.



*Any found directly harming or killing a Lycan on account of their Lycanthropy will be subject to arrest and trial for murder and or assault where applicable*

**NEW LEGISLATION IS CURRENTLY BEING CRAFTED ON LYCANTHROPY AND WILL BE VOTED ON AT THE NEXT GATHERING OF THE BRITANIAN PROTECTORATE
