Any and all who may view this! Sunday, September 30th, starting at 7 pm Eastern Time, come join the Moonglow Town Council for a celebration! We will be holding a festival in honor of Finneas the Goatherd.

The following is a list of events for the festival:

Goat Races

Joust

Foot Races/ Sprinting Championship

Parade and gold drop

Throughout the event, we will be giving away the following.

Bandages (Thanks to Raedyn, the city Physician)

Repair Deeds of all kinds (Thanks to Yasamin, the blacksmith)

Food and Drink

There will also be a pen of goats for people to pet and interact with.

Bring the entire family and join us as we celebrate this great day!

-=The History of The Day of Finneas the Goatherd=-

Celebrated at every occurrence of a Feluccan and Trammelian full moon, the Day of Finneas the Goatherd is counted as one of the most special holidays on the isle of Verity. Every few years, right before the dawning of the moons are right, the wizards of the town, and traveling mages as well, come together at the Lyceum and cast a city-wide enchantment over both themselves, and the entirety of the island of Moonglow. This temporary magical cantrip disables all those within the boundaries of the island of Moonglow to speak falsehood or deceive each other in any way, shape, or form. This, needless to say, came to some great traditions over the eons and generations of celebration.

(OOC: Anyone on Verity Soil should speak only the truth on the day of Finneas. Thank you.)

Would you please post the rules for the jousting event. I have a few alliance members that might be interested.

Rules of the Joust:

One: Wear your guild colors proud.

Two: Any Lance will do.

Three: Beat Isk.

Four: Tournament style bracket.

Armor: Moonglow participants will be sporting full platemail armor made from Shadow Ingots. If you would like to do that, full platemail armor that is based off of one of your guild colors, rock on. It will look much like this.



Only other rule is...make sure you are warred to all involved. If you aren't warred to all involved, then you can join MTC or what not. We will get it all settled as soon as I find out who is in for sure.
