Yes, I would probably devote an account to it. I get quite disgusted when I see things being offered in Luna for 300 Million gold.
I'd enjoy a situation where the playing field was even again.

Putting aside the issue of how much time I could devote to another shard, I'd have to say yes, I would.
Having played on a few emu shards from the day they went live, I've found there's something special about the communal effort and relationships that develop when everyone has to start over from scratch. I wasn't lucky enough to be there for UO's initial release, but I'm sure those that were know what I'm talking about.
Of course, I'd still play on Atl, but I never have any issues with training and equipping noob chrs. My only concern would be housing, since we're only allowed one house per account. Was that the case back in 98-2002 though? I'm not positive, but I think I had a couple houses back then.
